On July 7-8, 17 women artists attended a Women Band Leaders Leadership School at the Book Café. The workshop which targeted established women artists already fronting their own bands was organised by Pamberi Trust in Partnership with Arterial Network Zimbabwe and Sally Women's Institute.

The workshop concentrated on developing the person in how they work in relation to their art as a business departing from the usual technical stuff.
